William (Bill) Louis Lepere, 59, died Feb. 6 at UCSF Hospital with his wife and family at his side. He was the husband of Leonides (Didi) Lepere of San Ramon and the son of Bill and Evelyn Lepere of North Attleboro, Massachusetts where Bill grew up. He graduated from North Attleboro High School and furthered his education at the University of Hartford in Hartford, CT earning a degree in Civil Engineering.
Early in his career, Bill relocated to California where he worked for the County of Alameda. At the time of his death he was Deputy Director for the Department of Public Works for Alameda County.
His Pride in, love of, and support of his children was the focus of his life, and besides his wife and parents he is survived by his sons, William (Nick) Dominic Lepere, Jacob (Jake) Ryan Lepere, and a daughter Allison (Alli) Elizabeth Lepere. Step-sons, Mark Cubillas, Christian Linaban, and Kyle Linaban. Step-Grandchildren Malaya Linaban, and Rajah Linaban. Also survived by a sister, Laura Lepere, Nephews Andrew Bourque, and Matthew Bourque all from Massachusetts and his uncle, Kenneth Lepere of San Ramon.
