Patricia Anne Ingraham passed away on Monday after living with Alzheimers disease for the past 8 years. “Patty” was born in Syracuse NY. Her family soon moved to San Mateo California where she graduated from Mercy High School. She attended Stanford University where she earned her Master’s Degree in education. She then met the love of her life, Ross shortly after college while vacationing in Hawaii. They were married soon after and had 41 beautiful years together before losing her beloved husband Ross in 1998 to Cancer.
Patty was a grammar school teacher for a short time before starting her family. She had 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. She is survived by her oldest daughter Kelly Casavan of Manteca, her daughter Shannon Smith of Colorado Springs CO and her son Matthew Ingraham of Benicia CA. Unfortunately her youngest son Michael died in December of 2012. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Patty was a lovely woman who always had a smile on her face. She had old fashioned morals and a deep faith in God as an Irish Catholic who never missed mass on Sunday come rain or shine.
Her services are Monday November 13, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Joan of Arc’s Catholic Church at 2601 San Ramon Valley Blvd.
